This entry is perhaps our most important to date.
We were thoroughly disgusted by the Democrats who foisted the biggest boondoggle in American history on the American taxpayers. We were thoroughly disgusted by the process by which it was perpetrated, in complete disregard, if not outright defiance, of the American people who spoke in poll after poll, yelling from the rafters – “DON’T PASS THIS FREAKING BILL!”
We were increasingly angered by the false choice offered by the Democrats – either this stupid abomination or nothing.
And perhaps most of all, we were disgusted by the turncoat Democrats who talked a good game of being moderates, but when the time to stand up and be counted came, they let us down. Bart Stewpack – who we sort of respected, is now dead to us.
This is an open letter to any Democrat who truly gives a damn about America, and cares more about America than his or her idiot party. And make no mistake – it is an idiot party.
But it is worse: the Democrat Party is an evil entity. It is a cancer upon the American body politic and needs to be destroyed. Utterly, without hesitation – destroyed. If we had it our way, every member in the Democrat party would be exiled from this country, never to be allowed to return.
So here’s the deal: If you are currently a Democrat, you are hereby ordered to drop your party affiliation and become an Independent – beholden to no party leader. If you do not drop your party affiliation, it means that you stand with your party in all its malfeasance and evil. You cannot hide behind some “vote,” where you said “no” to the monstrosity that passed on Sunday.
For you to still be a Democrat means that you STILL agree with the process, which was as bad, if not worse, than the substance of the legislation. And if you agree with the process, you are not an American in our eyes. You can no longer be an American and a Democrat at the same time. To do so is akin to being a member in good standing with the KKK and trying to claim that you’re not in favor of lynchings, cross burnings, and other forms of racial bigotry. It cannot be done there; it can no longer be done in the Democrat party context. To be a Democrat from this point forward means you are not really an American. It means you are a progressive socialist – end of story.
If in your heart of hearts, you are not a progressive socialist, then you have no business being part of the Democrat party. That does not mean you have to become a Republican. We don’t recommend that either, because, while Republicans are Americans still, they are largely stupid and incompetent. So while it’s not evil to be a Republican – or a Libertarian – it’s not our preference.
OUR preference is that you grow and “I” as you kill the “D” associated with your name. Become an Independent. And then start publicly blasting the Democrats for abandoning America. You do that, and we’ll cheer you. You do this and we’ll have your back in November.
If you don’t do this, we will use every bit of persuasion and influence we have to wipe your political career into history’s dung heap. And if we have a chance of making your life a living hell, we will do that too.
The choice is clear: become an Independent and live free or remain a Democrat and betray a nation that is calling for patriots.

We never thought we’d see the day… but it’s happened. Hell froze over. It’s no longer only in our dreams. And we must be better than the last man on Earth.
We were watching Neil Cavuto on FoxNews just now, and he had a Democrat congressman, who along with another Democrat congressman sent a letter – they didn’t just propose this – they sent a letter to the President, saying that they wanted to extend the Bush tax cuts – and here’s the part that’s the wow factor – including the tax cuts for the rich! Here’s a related story.
Can you believe this? Because we’re wondering what planet this is. Who are you and what have you done with the Democrats you cloned and replaced.
A Democrat on the right side of a fiscal issue! Who could imagine it? Certainly not us.
Well, Mr. President – you’re being shown the way. You want to have a good economy on your watch? You can – just not on the socialist, communist, and Marxist terms you thought you could force on us. You have to FREE the economy, Mr. President. You have to honor liberty. You have to honor BUSINESS because it is BUSINESS that creates jobs.
You’re being led, Mr. President. And one of the traits of a great leader is the ability to own up to mistakes and follow someone else’s lead for a bit – instead of digging the deep hole you dug even deeper.
It’s your call, Mr. President. Now that we have Scott Brown as a monkey wrench in your nascent dictatorship, we are VERY CONFIDENT in the long term prospects for America. We no longer have much fear about being turned into the United Soviet Socialist States of Amerika. Looks like the Founding Fathers anticipated narcissists like you and figured out how to prevent you from doing too much damage.
The only question now is this, Mr. President: which side of history do you want to be on? Do you want to be on the side that sees the American economy tank on your watch – to be quickly fixed by the next Republican President in 2012, or do you want to have a thriving economy that propels you into a second term? Are you an ideological fanatic or a pragmatist.
If you are the fanatic, we’ve already slowed you down – thanks to the amazing folks in Massachusetts (who are patriots first – before they are members of a stupid political party). In November, we will stop you cold as we throw out every Democrat we can, unless they come to the Light Side of the Force.
We applaud any Democrat who has been sobered up or shocked out of the stupor of one-party-rule to see reality for what it is. Now if you will convince the Messiah that socialism is wrong, we’ll be on our way.

Apparently “being black” means you’d better live on the Democrat plantation. According to that arbiter of all things good and pure, Jesse “The Race Card Dealer from the Bottom fo the Deck” Jackson has called Rep. Artur Davis (D-Ala.) on his carpet (not the carpet, because we believe that Jackson doesn’t own the carpet), saying “We even have blacks voting against the healthcare bill,” Jackson said at a reception Wednesday night. “You can’t vote against healthcare and call yourself a black man.” Check it out.
We’ve seen this done before in the movies. Inherit the Wind had this scene:
Henry Drummond: Is that the way of things? God tells Brady what is good; to be against Brady is to be against God!
Matthew Harrison Brady: No! Every man is a free agent!
Henry Drummond: Then what is Bertram Cates doing in the Hillsboro Jail?
Replace Drummond with Morgan Freeman and Brady with Jessee Jackson, and tell us there’s no similarity. God tells Rev. Jackson what is good for black men. And Jesse Jackson tells other black men. Sigh – this is so bo-o-o-oring.
Give up the blasted hyphens, won’t you? Don’t be a black-American or a African-American. Be an AMERICAN, blast it all! Just that. An American. That is the highest public rank you can have in our society. It is the only public rank that we at O-t-c will ever honor. If you come to us and call yourself a hyphenated American, we’ll toss you on your ear, tell you to read the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and look at yourself in the mirror. And if you continue to come to us as a hyphenated American, we’ll reserve a dunce cap with your name on it.
In our view, you’re an American or you’re not. You might be an American with relatively recent African heritage behind you. But what is in your mind, your heart, and your soul? These are the only things that matter to us at O-t-c. What are your intentions? What are your aspirations? Must you be “of the herd” or do you have a mind, heart and soul of your own? Do you really need to live on an idiot’s plantation anymore?
This is precisely why we love Morgan Freeman – a man with darker pigment than many, who has thrown away his hyphen to attain the highest rank avaiable to any citizen: American.

What’s going on at ABCNews? Are they starting to take the rose colored glasses off when they look at Obama and his administration?
We were very surprised – and pleasantly so – when Bill O’Reilly had on his show Brian Ross of ABCNews – advancing the story that the terrorist Hasan who massacred 13 and injured many more at Fort Hood last week – was not merely a guy with a screw loose.
Can we not stipulate that anyone who murders has a screw loose? Therefore, the question of motivation comes into play. And ABCNews was out in front, acknowledged by O’Reilly of a competing news organization, in saying that Hasan had the indicators of a terrorist.
We have begun seeing stories that are a bit more centrist coming out of ABCNews. Did someone in upper management go on vacation so that the staff can now do what they know how to do? Report the news straight up? Or did someone in upper management get some business sense and say, “You know – we can’t cede the sane sector of society to FoxNews. We need to be in that arena competing head on.” Or do we have some rogue reporters who are soon to be leaving ABCNews (e.g., Tapper and Ross), going the way of Stossel?
Whatever the answer, we are going to begin watching ABCNews a little more closely to determine whether what we’re seeing is real or just a flash in the pan.
