We thought we’d write a little ditty about our fearless leader. We call it “That’s Obama All Over,” and it’s sung to the tune of Pop Goes the Weasel. We consider that title amazingly appropriate.
THAT’S OBAMA ALL OVER
Round and round the press room today
Robert Gibbs gave his answers.
But the answers made no sense at all,
That’s Obama all over.
You’d think a guy who claims he is smart
Would need no teleprompter.
But Live is like Waterloo to Bonaparte
That’s Obama all over.
The weasel in the White House
Would make Orwell cringe.
When he says he’s saving money
We’re on a trillion dollar binge.
Obama says the U.S. is strong.
Tell that to Iran & North Korea.
To them he’s just a pompous windbag,
That’s Obama all over.
He’s taking over the private sector
And wiping out real wealth.
And idiots lap up dung caviar
As he nationalizes our health.
So round and round the press room again,
Robert Gibbs gave more answers.
And again the answers made no sense at all,
That’s Obama all over.
OK – it won’t win a Pulitzer, but at least now we have a protest song. Hooya!

Day 161
We note with our usual disdain of all things Obama, that the man has yet again sided with the Leftist tyrants in South America. The violent overthrow of a tyrant is ALWAYS warranted. It’s what our own country was founded on. And by all accounts, the Honduran government was moving in ways antithetical to its own constitution, with the Manuel Zelaya unilaterally moving to make his power stronger without going through the Constitutionally sanctioned ways.
Of course, a coup is probably not a Constitutionally sanctioned way either, but Zelaya is the guy to blame here. Just like our President, this guy seems to think very highly of his own competence, all evidence to the contrary.
We here at Off-the-cliff.com side with anyone who wants a real democracy – not an Obama-Orwellian style parody of one. A democracy where those who are legally allowed to vote can do so in secret – without fear and intimidation), and where those who are not legally allowed to vote are thrown into the dungeons of hell should they try (along with their enablers).

So we have long thought that President Obama (Has he really been in office long enough to say “we have long thought? Geez – he has! Groink!”)… we have long thought that Obama plays the game of Duplicty like a pro. He massages those who do nice things for him.
It’s no secret that GE, which owns NBC, has been very nice to the President. Other than one or two guys on their financial cable news show, which few watch anyway, NBC has essentially said to the President, “Here – please write our news stories for us. We, like the New York Times’ Zeleny, are so ‘enchanted’ with you, that we can’t think straight when we’re around you, so we need you to write for us. (swoon)” If there was any organization that has a browner collective nose than NBC, we don’t know which it would be.
So imagine our chagrin, but not our surprise, when we came across this little story linked by the DrudgeReport. (We once again tip our hats to the Drudge man – you’re one of our heroes, man.)
No surprise, but we pounced on this story because anyone who sits on the fence and thinks that this psuedo-intellectual abysmal excuse for a president is on the side of the little guy now has yet another reason to think twice.
Pray tell – what is the difference between favoring GE versus favoring Halliburton? If you hated it when a company friendly to Cheney was given favored treatment by the Bush Administration, how can you in the very next breath say that it’s OK for Obama to do something so similar with GE?
You don’t have to respond to us. We really don’t need you to justify it. What we need is for you to THIK about it because intellectual honesty demands – DEMANDS - that you answer this for yourself.
Or are you happy to live in intellectually dishonest bliss?

Day 160
Over the last week or so, we have watched with dismay, the outrage after outrage of the rigged election in Iran (which no doubt gives “community organizers” around the globe, dreams of envy) with our President taking on the vigorous role of Prevaracator-in-Chief telling the Iranian leadership that “the world is watching.”
Oooh – send shivers down our spines with such manly man bravado.
But then we have him here, telling Hondouras Read more
As bad as we think President Obama is, at least he’s being true to himself. His stated goals have been the destruction of America as we’ve known it into some kind of third-world entity. We stand solidly against him, and with Rush Limbaugh, we hope he fails miserably enough to be shown his hat in 2012.
But we get very angry when someone on our side fails like Mark Sanford.
It’s not the private affair. We don’t give a rip about that. What we’re ticked off about is that he put America in jeopardy by making it that much easier for the Obama crew to get its way without a real fight. Read more
