We read today about nitwits who are calling California clinics wondering when they can get their free Obamacare. They were basically told that they should come back in 2014 and that it wouldn’t be free in any case – just a bit cheaper (right).
We read that Obama is taking the words “Islamic Extremists” out of the lexicon of whatever it is we’re fighting that used to be the War on Terror, but isn’t anymore. So what are our troops doing over in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq? Why have any armed forces at all? Why not just surrender to Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinijad? We’re sure that the American Left wouldn’t mind having America be a mix of Venezuela and Iran. Then they could get rid of the “Jewish Problem.” Why not? They’re clearly aimed at letting Israel be wiped off the face of the Earth, since they won’t stop building in their capitol city of Jeruselum.
We read that the Putz-in-Chief is now floating the idea of a VAT (value-added-tax). Gotta love this flim-flam artist with the outstretched Messianic arm. He sure has done wonderful things to this country, hasn’t he folks? Woo-wee! What a ride on the Socialist Express.
We read that he’s working with the Ruskies and the Red Chinese to get sanctions on Iran. Believe it when we see it. He’s let a year go to waste and let Israel twist in the wind, wondering if we’re going to be by their side. Of course, Leftist Jews deserted Israel a decade ago and are not coming back. These idiots are probably the stupidest people in the Democrat party for not realizing the the Democrats are about as antisemitic as it gets. We sometimes wonder who is worse for Jews? Minister (hah!) Farakhan, who at least admits he despises Jews, or Democrats who put on a false front to get their vote and then spit on them when their backs are turned. But the Jews don’t even notice and so, again, we hold that the Democrat Jew is either a turncoat or an idiot. Take your pick; it ain’t pretty.
The Conservative Jew – the one who is staunch with Independents and perhaps Republicans, who sees him or herself primarily as an American first and a Jew second – these people are sharp as a tack from what we’ve seen. They know that the Democrats are scum of the Earth. They know that a Democrat’s word cannot be trusted any more than can Vladmir Putin’s. They know that the only honorable Democrat is a comatose Democrat because a comatose Democrat isn’t making any claims, and it’s pretty darned difficult to lie if you’re not making any claims.
We read how the Pithiness-Challenged One gave a 17minute response to a woman who, during a town hall meeting, asked if we weren’t already taxed too much. Seventeen minutes. We thought Mr. Obama didn’t approve of torture.
We read how GM and Chrysler have had billions of dollars in losses over the past year. How’d that cash for clunkheads work out for you boneheads over at Taxpayer Motors? Un-freaking-believable.
We saw that Timothy Geithner is on his way to China to beg them to please stop doing things that keep their currency undervalued. How many knee-pads do you have Mr. Geithner. And many times did you have to wash that brown nose of yours?
We read how some idiot Democrat Congressman said that the “N” word was used as they oh-so-bravely walked through the Tea Party crowd to play what they thought was the final act of the Health Care Deformity legislation. (They haven’t seen anything yet with respect to the anger of We the People.) But there were people of every kind – and police – many with video cameras – and not one has surfaced that supports the Congressman’s claim. Not one. We read that Britebart would give $100,000 to charity if someone produced the video. So far, no one. Like we said, you can’t trust a Democrat. Trying to trust a Democrat is like trying to trust a hungry hyena to not attack your livestock. Only an idiot – no, that’s an inappropriate insult to idiots – would believe that Democrats can be negotiated with.
There is the smell of Civil War in the air. We smell it. We don’t want it; we think it’s an enormous waste of time, resources, and energy. But when the Left (which is about half the population) lacks honor, what can you do? You can’t negotiate with them. And at some point, you can’t take what they’re doing; stealing from you and calling you unpatriotic – or worse – for objecting.
We have said it before; we’ll say it again. We no longer mind anyone on the Left calling us racists. We have no problem with them calling us Nazis, astroturf, or anything else like that. It’s as meaningless to us as when a myna bird says, “e equals mc squared.” We don’t believe we’re dealing with a smart bird; and we no longer believe that we are dealing with homo sapiens. We are dealing with a different species entirely: subhomo hypocriticus. There is no need to take anything that members of the species subhomo hypocriticus say. It s as meaningless as cow pies in a cow bingo game.
The time has come for AMERICANS to stand up; to say no more; to take our country back. Not from blacks, Indians, or any of the myriad of other stupid balkanizations that the subhomo hypocriticus is enamored with. No – it’s time to take our country back from subhomo hypocriticus. And the only way to do that this election (assuming we don’t stupidly get into a real civil war) is to vote Republican. Period. There’s no other way to stop Obama, the Wicked Witches of the West and the Nevada Mortician. They all have to go. We get a thrill up our leg when we fantasize about them being taken out of their offices and thrown into the freezing Potomac River. But were it to really happen, we’d be upset. Because although they truly deserve it – and worse – Americans (not them – and not the Left) are better than that. Violence is their way; not ours. Duplicity is their way; not our way. We at O-t-c abhor violence; though we have great fantasies about bad things happening to the hydra.
We would not cry for a second; we’d probably laugh; if aliens from Alpha Centauri couldn’t stand it anymore, and took every Leftist in America put them in Matrix-style chambers where their “bioenergy” could be used to power our cities. THAT would be a form of “green” energy which we could get behind.

This entry is perhaps our most important to date.
We were thoroughly disgusted by the Democrats who foisted the biggest boondoggle in American history on the American taxpayers. We were thoroughly disgusted by the process by which it was perpetrated, in complete disregard, if not outright defiance, of the American people who spoke in poll after poll, yelling from the rafters – “DON’T PASS THIS FREAKING BILL!”
We were increasingly angered by the false choice offered by the Democrats – either this stupid abomination or nothing.
And perhaps most of all, we were disgusted by the turncoat Democrats who talked a good game of being moderates, but when the time to stand up and be counted came, they let us down. Bart Stewpack – who we sort of respected, is now dead to us.
This is an open letter to any Democrat who truly gives a damn about America, and cares more about America than his or her idiot party. And make no mistake – it is an idiot party.
But it is worse: the Democrat Party is an evil entity. It is a cancer upon the American body politic and needs to be destroyed. Utterly, without hesitation – destroyed. If we had it our way, every member in the Democrat party would be exiled from this country, never to be allowed to return.
So here’s the deal: If you are currently a Democrat, you are hereby ordered to drop your party affiliation and become an Independent – beholden to no party leader. If you do not drop your party affiliation, it means that you stand with your party in all its malfeasance and evil. You cannot hide behind some “vote,” where you said “no” to the monstrosity that passed on Sunday.
For you to still be a Democrat means that you STILL agree with the process, which was as bad, if not worse, than the substance of the legislation. And if you agree with the process, you are not an American in our eyes. You can no longer be an American and a Democrat at the same time. To do so is akin to being a member in good standing with the KKK and trying to claim that you’re not in favor of lynchings, cross burnings, and other forms of racial bigotry. It cannot be done there; it can no longer be done in the Democrat party context. To be a Democrat from this point forward means you are not really an American. It means you are a progressive socialist – end of story.
If in your heart of hearts, you are not a progressive socialist, then you have no business being part of the Democrat party. That does not mean you have to become a Republican. We don’t recommend that either, because, while Republicans are Americans still, they are largely stupid and incompetent. So while it’s not evil to be a Republican – or a Libertarian – it’s not our preference.
OUR preference is that you grow and “I” as you kill the “D” associated with your name. Become an Independent. And then start publicly blasting the Democrats for abandoning America. You do that, and we’ll cheer you. You do this and we’ll have your back in November.
If you don’t do this, we will use every bit of persuasion and influence we have to wipe your political career into history’s dung heap. And if we have a chance of making your life a living hell, we will do that too.
The choice is clear: become an Independent and live free or remain a Democrat and betray a nation that is calling for patriots.

He did this with the Cambridge Police Department when one of their own arrested one of Obama’s friends, one Professor Gates, who caused a ruckus and refused to cooperate with the police when they responded to the report of a possible break-in. He does this often with people on Wall Street, corporate CEOs, bankers, people making more than $250,000 a year (like that’s a demonic number), etc.
The latest: Israel.
Rather than showing how macho he is with North Korea and Iran, he takes “unilateral swipes” at Israel (http://bit.ly/bdtPbN), which is somewhat dependent on the USA for its security. Does Obama take the Palestinians to task for lobbing missiles at Israel while there is supposed to be a truce going on? No. Does the Amazing Obama actually deliver up sanctions agains Iran? No. Does he show solidarity with the people under Ahmadinijad’s boot? No.
What good is this President? What do we need a guy who knows only how to bully people who are America’s friends and allies?

Imagine yourself relaxing. Imagine Congress doing right by the American people. Imagine an Administration that doesn’t want to “fundamentally transform” what has been the best country to ever come upon the face of the Earth.
Can you imagine it?
Then you’re not imagining the Obamunist Administration. You’re not having nightmares of Pelosi dancing on your grandmother’s grave. You’re not having visions of Reid lying with every breath he takes.
It has been 416 days since Obama started putting his heel on America’s throat. And it’s been 416 days that we have been a nation where the majority of us are being taxed without representation.
At its founding, brave souls told the British tyrants to go take a leap in the Boston Harbor and they threw in all the tea they could find. Thus we had the first American Tea Party.
We live in coarser times now. We have people on the Left who want to destroy America, and we can’t let them do it. It’s time to throw away the tea bags, and start saving up rotten eggs.
It’s time to start doing real civil disobedience – being disruptive without being illegal.
Here’s an idea: what if 2000 grandparents flooded all the bus stops currently being used mainly by indigent people? And these grandparents simply paid to get on the bus, squeezing out space for anyone else?
Why pick on the indigent? Simple. They are the people who see nothing wrong with taking ever increasing swaths of taxpayer’s wallets in order to stay dependent on the Feds and the State governments. They are the primary pawns of the Democrat party.
If we legally interfere with them – by paying bus fare en masse – and we make it known why, the indigent will realize that the things they want are causing their lives to be disrupted. They will all the sudden have a stake in the game and perhaps realize you can’t legitimately be a long term parasite on We the Taxpayers.

Mr. Gore,
You finally reared your ugly head in today’s NYT in an op-ed saying that despite all the controversy surrounding the climate change boondoggles, you are confident that global warming is real.
Maybe it is; maybe it isn’t. But we have questions, and these questions demand serious answers. And since you won’t answer them, we think you can go find an unfrozen lake in the Arctic circle and jump in it. But before we get to our questions, let us say this.
We believe you are not the right person to be speaking about this. You have too much money on the line to be representing yourself as a dispassionate citizen. You want Americans to transfer hundreds of billions of dollars to projects that may or may not have any utility to the American people. You want us to do this on your say-so. You say, “Don’t listen to me; listen to the scientists.” But we have scientists who stifle research; alter data; call skeptics (who they should welcome) names akin to those who would deny the holocaust. There are huge holes in the trust that Americans have toward you and toward “climate scientists” (so-called) generally.
Take all your money out of the game, Mr. Gore. Have all your money invested in things that don’t depend on policy changes resulting from global warming legislation. What’s that? There are no investments that would not be affected? Our point exactly. You are setting up the game so that YOU win. We have no faith that you give a damn about America generally.
Now to our questions:
1 – What is the ideal temperature of the Earth. How do we know when it’s running a fever?
2 – We have read reports of other planets in the solar system heating up over the past few years. Is this the result of George W. Bush refusing to sign the stupid Kyoto Accords?
3 – Why is it that there are no global warming changes that the average person can go see near him or her? Why are they always in far-off places that require a lot of money and “great sophistication” (like yours?) to discern?
4 – Some of us at Off-the-cliff.com live near American coast lines. We have not seen any noticeable rising of sea levels. We are not realizing our fondest dreams of our inland homes becoming beach front property. Can you tell us when we may see this glorious day? Imagine – the wonder of our mediocre property values skyrocketing because of global warming. This would make us giddy if we could believe it.
5 – How do you justify the demonization of skeptics? Are skeptics not allowed in this area of scientific endeavor? Is this a whole new way of doing science?
6 – Where are the PRECISE predictions that we can use to test these theories of yours? Give us something we can hang our hats on. You said there’d be more hurricanes and that they’d be fiercer because of global warming. Well – where the hell are they? We fully expect there to be crests and troughs in the patterns of hurricane development. But by your contention, every year should be seeing more of them and they should all be like Hurricane Katrina or Andrew. Where the heck are they?
7 – One would expect that as the “world heats up” that the extreme low would get warmer and the extreme high would also get hotter. But this hasn’t happened. Can you explain why?
8 – Supposedly the polar bears are endangered, but there are reliable reports that there are more of them now than in the recent past. Have they learned to swim since there is no longer any ice for them to walk on?
9 – Can you give us one good reason to consider you to be a trustworthy man? Why should we not look at you the same way we look at snake oil salesmen.
10 – Will you put up a bond for the value of your entire worth should the world not fall into a global warming black hole in the next 10 years? If you are wrong, will you agree to sit in a prison of our design for the rest of your life?
You are demanding that all of us (American taxpayers in particular) fund the global warming projects without building the necessary trust. You need to rethink your strategies, and get back to us.
Till then, we just say no.
